Charlie Sheen plays the leader of a high powered ring of car thieves who specialize in stealing Porsches. A rookie cop is sent undercover as a mechanic to infiltrate the car theft ring, and soon finds himself drawn into the world of fast cars, fast women, and the adrenaline rush that stealing brings.
